  Honestly really disappointed with my experience here. I came here today with my boyfriend and friends, and it was nothing but horrible. No fun at all. We were placed with two teenagers (no big deal I understand there was only 4 of us and room for more). What I didn't like was that one of the teenagers slammed into my kart really hard causing me to spin out, and crash into the sides. He slammed into me so hard that it smashed the front of the kart. My boyfriend had slowed down to see if I was okay. The employee came running over , yelling at us for no reason blaming it all on us. When my boyfriend and I tried to calmly and nicely explain to the employee that it was not him that bumped into me, the employee interuppted us, continued yelling saying it was all our fault. He was talking to us as if we were small children, not adults. He then looked at me with a snide remark and said "you have a break, you could have used it." (which I did, the kid just rammed me too hard for me to stop.) The employee was completely rude, which ruined my whole time. So not only did I get rammed into, in result of that my shoulder and neck hurts from whiplash because of the impact. Not once did the employee ask if I was hurt or not, he was just concerned that I had rammed into the sides..which I will repeat was not my fault. Also, the person who rammed into me the first time continued to run into the others and the employee did not say one word to him. Not only did that happen, but the kart that I was using wouldn't back up. When I apologized,the employee looks at me and says "yeah this one doesn't work very well, it does that all the time." This was a waste of $20 for only 8 minutes. So I suggest you teach your employees some appropriate customer service. If they're going to be rude, they shouldn't be working there as simple as that.
